Theory Of Everything .. A retired physicist Thomas Campbell wrote a book titled "My BIG TOE" .. all about reality and quantum mechanics and the Universe. - Big questions that current science is investigating seriously and expensively. 

- They are spending 20 BILLION PLUS building a new 91 kilometer circular particle accelerator tunnel underneath France and Switzerland to use 100 TRILLION electronvolts to make a "Higgs boson factory" so that physicists can further study these sub-atomic particles and the 'WEAK FORCE'.

This is all about what WE are, what REALITY is, what the UNIVERSE is .. Are we REAL or are we a 'simulation' ? What is 'The Observer' .. is it conscious? - Are WE the observer that instigated 'the Big Bang' 15 billion years ago?

- That copper bodied Italian wind-up alarm clock ticks along beautifully, keeping as good time as it has for 100 years.

There's stuff I bought - things I've repaired .. even things I made. I may try decorate the box like this WINCHESTER crate .. that would be neat.

PASSIVE SOLAR HOME ALIGNMENT:

When my ex decided we were preferred as individual units - I made an effort to consider replacement Kiwi Shed hovels that faced North for solar benefits. - Didn't I do well? AI claims "This strategic placement maximises passive solar heating during winter, & lowers overall electricity requirements by 50% or more," - I just left my sunny warm Living-Room recliner to make some toast (for tomatoes-on-toast) - in the shaded, 1939 vintage South-West corner kitchen. In the brief time it took to slice two slabs of "Crusty" bread, lightly cremate same in the pop-up,

 - and select four semi-ripe, imported, Irradiated, Ethephon sprayed, ethylene gassed, chilled, Supermarket tomatoes with an alien, pink hue .. I became distinctly COOLED out there and was well pleased to return to the sunlit comfort.

N.B. The Supermarket (un-named as Woolworths) "CRUSTY BREAD" large loaf is the toughest, rubbery, chewy glutinous mass, that I have ever paid $4.00 for .. but where can you get REAL food from nowadays - without growing your own?

Incidently .. I installed an Evacuated-Tube Solar Hot Water unit on that north facing roof and I reckon to get FREE HOT WATER for eleven months of the year.

FREE hot water for showers - and my living room gets 'ALL DAY SUN' that surely helps my Super cope with the heating bills from my log burner and reverse-cycle heat pump.
